5 MIN. SCOTTISH PANCAKES

These simple easy-to-bake pancakes, are great to have on breakfast to start the day with a positive feeling. I eat them with everything depending on the time of the day. On the weekend, they are great for brunch or an early dinner snack. You can have them with honey and cinnamon, fruits, and greek yogurt.

Ingredients:

100gr plain flour

4gr of baking powder

25 gr of sugar (optional)

1 egg

1dl o milk

The process:

1. Mix the dry ingredients

2. Add the egg beaten with the milk

3. Heat a buttered saucepan put a soup shell of batter in the center, spread it into a circle with 10 cm diameter.
