Selling conditions:

These Terms & Conditions (together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy) establish the rules for this website's use. Also, regulate the rules of the product purchase process on it, being accessible at all times on the website.

To place an order on the website you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. If you are a minor, you must present authorization from your parents or legal representatives to contract under the legal terms. When you use this website you declare that you fulfill these conditions.

Only personal data that is strictly necessary to execute your request is asked for, and its use will only be for that purpose. When using the website, you are bound not to place false or fraudulent orders. If an order(s) of this nature is placed and considered one, Design House 365 may cancel this order(s) and inform the competent authorities.

The contract:

To place an order for one or more products available on the website, you must respect the following procedures:

Choose the product on the Design House 365 website, add the product to the basket, then click on Buy.

Once the order is complete, Design House 365 will send you an order confirmation by email. This email is a mere automated proof of the receipt of the order. Also, include information about the order number and date, delivery and payment method, delivery and billing address, price of the order, product, the value of shipping costs, and product identification.

Always make sure to review your purchase before clicking on confirm payment. Before the payment confirmation, you can edit all the information you have entered and correct it.

The products:

All product orders will be subject to product availability. Design House 365 only has limited product editions, usually 1 unit per reference. In rare situations, the system won't update the stock, for example, if an item is ordered simultaneously by two customers. In this sense, for any difficulty regarding stock unavailability, Design House 365 will inform you of the unavailability and will refund you the amount you eventually paid, within a maximum period of 30 days. (thirty days.

The Design House 365® pieces sold in this online store will have the natural characteristics of the materials used in the manufacturing process. The customer can expect inconsistencies in these natural features of the components and appreciate them. They are part of the product's appearance and design aesthetics. Natural characteristics such as grain, texture, knots, irregular shapes, and colour variation are not defects. Although the colours shown are as close as possible to reality due to the characteristics of the material and your monitor, you can find small differences.

The prices:

All prices include VAT and do not include transport costs, which are added at the time of finalizing your order.

Please ask any questions you wish before placing the order and the item is shipped.

Events that occur outside the control of Design House 365 that are not predictable, should be considered force majeure events, meaning that Design House 365 is free from its obligations to comply with contractual agreements. An example of this type of event is government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fire or floods, sabotage, accident, war, natural accidents, strikes, or lack of supply by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that adversely affect the market and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc.

If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and for the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be removed from the total refund of your order.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.  Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order.  Design House 365® is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Design House 365® issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

If, as a consumer, you believe that your rights have been violated, you can address your

extrajudicial. We inform you - by EU Regulation No. 524/2013 - that you have the power to try to resolve any dispute in an out-of-court manner through access to the electronic dispute resolution platform

All product descriptions, information, and materials published on this website are sold "as is" and without express, implied, or otherwise warranties. Design House 365® only makes editions limited to one article by reference. The items on display are those that are sold and in this way, we guarantee their conformity, both for the good and the purpose for which it is intended. Returns are only accepted within this scope of the guarantee of conformity if there is an obvious defect or failure that makes it impossible to use the piece (at the end for which it is intended) and that is not part of the natural characteristics of the design, you should contact us immediately after the occurrence and administrative procedures will be initiated for the immediate resolution of the problem.

The buyer is obliged to check all products the immediate moment the order arrives. If the product you received was not the product ordered or the product is inadequate or incomplete, the customer must report these defects immediately via email: info@designhouse365.com.

The guarantee does not apply in the event of:

- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, whirlpool, or bath;
-The process of the metal bath disappears naturally.
-The colour of components fades naturally.
-The customer or third parties have repaired or modified the jewellery provided to them;
-The customer left third parties to process, repair, or modify the jewellery provided;
-The piece supplied has been exposed to abnormal conditions, other careless procedures, or contrary to those recommended by Design House 365®.
However, if repairs are required, they will have an associated cost.

Damage occurring after failure detection, obstruction, and/or resale after failure detection, invalidates the right to claim and return.

Irregular stones, marked colour variation, various types of component materials with irregular and rough shapes, rough stones, irregular and varied sizes in chains and wires, and design asymmetry, are just some examples of design features and are not considered defects.
Since your Design House365® piece is subject to wear and tear due to its use, the warranty is only valid for 2 months. After this period, any repair will have the associated cost and, in case the item can be repaired, the budget will have to be requested. Your Design House 365® jewellery piece is considered to be a piece of intimate and personal use.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website or Mobile App at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or Mobile App. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation; and we reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website or Mobile App, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on the Website or Mobile App or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
