You can only exchange a product If there's a clear and obvious defect or fault that makes it impossible to use as described in our Terms & Conditions, within 14 days after the purchase.

Since our product is manufactured/handmade, the final product has all the characteristics of a handmade product or handicraft. Irregular shapes, uneven colours, or any characteristic of a handcrafted or handmade product isn't considered a defect or fault. It's part of the design aesthetic.

All the exchanges will be made only with the item's purchase invoice:

1. Contact our services by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the article. Add a photo with the article so we can check it. 

2. In case of the exchange of the article, the item should be returned on all original boxes, instructions/documents, and wrappings in a perfect non-use condition.

3. After receiving the info you have the possibility of choosing another of equal/superior value and paying the difference between the price of the two articles.

 The shipment cost of the return is supported by the client.

Given the nature of this article, and also for health or sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any exchange of an article that has been worn or a mistreated article.


We do not accept returns, mainly of an article that has been worn, except in the situations already described in the exchange section.

Refunds and Exchanges

A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item in its original unused condition and unseal package and refunds will be made by Paypal or some situations by wire transfer. 

Your order is registered and depending on the size, may not enter the post box. Therefore, we suggest you indicate a shipping address where it is more likely to have somebody available to receive it (your office for example). 

However, if you have to cancel the order you will get refunded excluding the return shipping charge and the first shipping charge. Additional cancellation charges by Paypal and handling charges (15% of total item value) will occur in this case. 

You have a 14 calendar-day cooling-off period. To use this right of redraw you can't open the package, examine or use the goods you have bought here at our online store and delivered by us. You have to return them to our services for 14 days immediately after the goods are delivered. This 14 calendar-day cooling-off period will begin the day after the goods are delivered. You will have to pay the return postage costs. After analyzing the goods of the canceled order that you've sent us, we'll provide a refund to you within 14 days but we're entitled to deduct money if the goods show signs of unreasonable use or the package is open. If it is all ok according to our restrictions and the package is 100% unopened we will issue the refund of the purchase with shipping costs of delivery and the additional cancellation charge by Paypal and handling charge (15% of total item value). The reason for this restriction is only because our goods are one-of-a-kind pieces and for sanitary issues and respect to our consumers. You (the consumer/client) will have to pay the return postage costs in any situation. You (consumer/client) have to make proof that you've returned goods and for that, we will advise you to keep the receipt with the official stamp on it from the postal service or another of your choice. If we don't receive the goods or the 14 days for the return of the goods weren't obliged, and the client can't make proof that he sent them, we will not issue any refund. All returns will be made only with the client's purchase invoice.
